4. Limitations of Inspections
- Scope of Inspection: Inspections are non-invasive and limited to visible and accessible areas of the property at the time of the inspection.
- Inaccessible Areas: ZC is not liable for inspecting areas that are not accessible, including but not limited to:
- Areas behind locked doors
- Spaces obstructed by furniture, personal belongings, or debris
- Areas with safety hazards or environmental risks
- Inspection Reports: Reports are based on conditions observed at the time of the inspection and do not guarantee future conditions or performance of any systems or structures.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Access to Property: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property are accessible at the time of the inspection. This includes:
- Providing keys or access codes for locked areas
- Removing obstructions or hazards
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate property details when scheduling inspections.
6. Payment Terms
- Fees: Inspection fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds: Refund policies will be outlined during the booking process and are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of payment.
7. Limitations of Liability
- ZC is not liable for any:
- Conditions not identified during the inspection due to inaccessibility
- Changes to the property’s condition after the inspection
- Damages, losses, or claims arising from reliance on the inspection report
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the inspection service.
